Maintenance Mechanic (Nights)

You will report to the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor and work onsite at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs NC. You will manage the maintenance of aseptic Formulation / Filling Packaging and process equipment (GMP & non-GMP). You will be an important manufacturing Operations floor contributor providing independent support and execution of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Work with Quality Engineering and Operations groups to always ensure strict compliance with GMP guidelines specifically to ensure that the equipment is maintained in GMP compliance.
• Maintain and perform corrective preventative maintenance on process aseptic Formulation / Filling Packaging and support equipment (autoclaves parts washers etc) for GMP & non-GMP systems.
• Draft efficient maintenance job plans procedures and work instructions for process aseptic Formulation / Filling Packaging and process equipment at the site.
• Provide recommendations and edits for spare parts and PM procedures for equipment.
• Help route all required documentation for the submittal of spare parts and WOs.
• Support other departments / areas to troubleshoot test repair and improve equipment.
• Participate in the continuous improvement efforts within the site Maintenance Program (including reliability).
• Respond to alarms in assigned area.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with all customers to minimize interruptions.
• Manage contract service providers and support contractors completing maintenance activities.
• Assist and mentor other technicians and associates when needed.
• Support startup commissioning and turnover of new systems in assigned area.
