Personal Banker I
Reports to : VP Branch Manager
Responsibilities
- Provides courteous and professional service to all customers.
- Performs teller transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments and cash advances, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintains cash drawer limits and balance daily.
- Opens new deposit accounts.
- Assists safe deposit box customers.
- Completes service requests such as address changes, adding signers, ordering checks and closing accounts.
- Informs customers of self-service options and demonstrate digital banking products to customers.
- Identifies potential fraud or risky deposits and take the appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Researches and reconciles outages and operational errors.
- Assists with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer. These tasks could include those assigned by your supervisor or by Operations, Finance or Marketing.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all applicable banking regulations and BSA / AML program, requirements and controls.
- Complies with all department and Bank policies and procedures.
