This role blends high-level sales relationship-building coaching and attraction marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in high-frequency high-vibe environments is familiar with mindset work or personal development and is ready to inspire clients to invest in transformative experiences.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a professional who:

• Has 5 years of experience in sales coaching personal development or related fields
• Is an ambitious self-starter who works independently and with a team
• Embodies a growth mindset and a genuine desire for personal and professional evolution
• Is coachable open and able to implement proven frameworks
• Communicates with warmth professionalism and high-frequency energy
• Prefers performance-based compensation over hourly wage
• Commits to daily self-development and aligned leadership

Responsibilities

As a High-Vibe High-Ticket Sales Coach you will:

• Connect with prospective clients via phone Zoom or other channels
• Guide individuals through high-ticket enrollment conversations with clarity confidence and heart
• Apply aligned attraction marketing strategies to nurture leads and build relationships
• Collaborate with the team to expand the reach of our programs and global events
• Participate in daily training personal development and leadership cultivation
• Represent the mission values and offerings of Quantum Leap Mindset in a way that inspires and empowers
