A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to manage inventory procurement and related merchandising tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process purchase order requisitions from field locations
Verify pricing and terms, and submit completed POs to vendors
Accumulate and process shipment verifications and assist in resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in musical instrument sales or purchasing
Working knowledge of musical instruments and related products
Understanding of general purchasing procedures
Compliance with company attendance standards
