Sales Assistant

Top Guy Footwear is a women's and kids shoe wholesaler that has been operating for over 20 years out of City of Industry, CA. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Sales and Operations teams in managing inventory, compliance, and order coordination. This role works behind the scenes to support the Sales team in serving our largest clients, ensuring accurate data entry, smooth order flow, and timely communication between departments. You'll play a key part in maintaining organized systems that help Sales deliver efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities :

• Process and track order cancellations, deposits, and warehouse transfers.
• Conduct weekly Tuesday audits of prior week's orders and follow up on payments.
• Check and submit box dimensions for compliance approval.
• Upload required documents to customer portals, create and verify packing lists for outgoing shipments, order barcode stickers and arrange carrier pick-ups.
• Prepare and send top samples with detailed documentation and work hours.
• Handle and document returns and damages, ensuring timely resolution.
