As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and driven Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition function. This individual will play a key role in attracting exceptional talent who align with our brand values and contribute to our high-performing culture. This position is a 6-month contract with a potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

THE ROLE

The Junior Recruiter role will support full-cycle recruitment for Studio Fitness Instructor and Studio Experience Member roles supporting our STRONG Pilates brand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration. You'll work closely with studio leaders, and HR leads to build a best-in-class hiring process, elevate the candidate experience, and support the growth of our wellness ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to anticipate workforce requirements and develop proactive hiring plans.Use data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Talent Pipelining & Succession Planning

PAY TRANSPARENCY : Starting base salary $50,000 / yr
