Inside Sales Representative- Enterprise
The Inside Account Manager Enterprise Accounts is responsible for managing and growing relationships with large, strategic enterprise customers. This role focuses on driving revenue through proactive engagement, consultative selling, and account management. The position requires a strong understanding of enterprise business needs, the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures, and the skill to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer objectives. The Inside Account Manager collaborates closely with field sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer success and achieve organizational growth targets.
Key responsibilities include :
- Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities, upsell / cross-sell solutions, and maximize revenue within existing accounts.
- Sales Execution
- Conduct proactive outreach to enterprise customers to understand their evolving needs and position relevant solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to enterprise-level requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with field sales and legal teams.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate efforts on large opportunities and ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging and provide feedback on enterprise customer needs.
- Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamic).
- Analyze account performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing insights on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by collaborating with support and technical teams.
Education & experience :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).68 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Skills & competencies :
Sales Expertise : Consultative selling, solution-based approach, negotiation skills.Enterprise Knowledge : Understanding of complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.Technical Acumen : Ability to learn and articulate product features and benefits.CRM Proficiency : Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools.Core Competencies : Effective communication, results orientation, customer centricity, learning agility, and digital fluency.Salary : The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $34 to $39.50 USD per hour with a 60% / 40% (salary / incentive) mix. Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
