Job descriptionConduct telehealth visits with patients in your licensed state(s) Review labs, treatment plans, and medical history Perform assessments, follow-ups, and medication management Develop individualized wellness protocols (hormone, peptide, or weight loss-based) Document all encounters in accordance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team Active APRN / NP license in one or more of following : Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming, or Florida National NP Certification (FNP, AGNP, WHNP, etc.) Clean professional record (no disqualifying disciplinary actions in past 5 years) Experience in primary care, hormone therapy, or wellness medicine preferred Telehealth proficiency and ability to work independently Tech skills : Dr. Chronos, Doximity, Google Workspace, Go To platforms experience preferred Compassionate, patient-centered approach and excellent communication skills Flexible remote schedule Competitive per-encounter pay with growth potential Supportive clinical and admin infrastructure Opportunity to practice in an innovative, wellness-driven medical model Be part of a mission to make healthcare more accessible, personalized, and results-driven
