Job Summary The Senior UX Experience Manager will lead the vision and execution of a best-in-class digital experience, ensuring our digital products are user-centric, intuitive, and drive business impact. You will champion UX strategy, foster innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital interactions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Essential Functions Define and implement a digital experience strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances user satisfaction.

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to develop and refine user journeys that increase engagement and conversion rates.

Lead UX research efforts, leveraging qualitative and quantitative methodologies to optimize digital interactions.

Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across digital platforms.

Advocate for best UX practices, fostering a culture of design thinking and user-centered innovation within the organization.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of UX professionals, ensuring high performance and career growth.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing insights and recommendations based on research and analytics.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

6+ years of UX / UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital experiences that drive business impact.

Strong familiarity with software development processes, including Agile methodologies.

Experience with user research methodologies and data analytics tools.

Deep understanding of UX / UI design principles and accessibility standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience working with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

Ability to analyze and interpret data from UX research tools.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Salary Range $110,114-$175,388 DOE
