Seeking a replacement for the Adult Psychiatrist's future retirement for an outpatient Adult Psychiatry position. The clinic dynamic is wonderful among the providers and a good personality fit will be important to maintain. The clinic is slated to move to a newly renovated space 5 minutes from the hospital campus. Offers a 16-bed inpatient Adult Psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. Independently owned Hospital in eastern, IL near Decatur.

$330,000 + bonus based on RVU production.  $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3).  Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary).  33 days of time off.  No after hours call.  Current provider sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising Physician for the APPs.  This is not an addiction or Suboxone center and are more focused on therapy and medication management.  Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.  Offers easy access to Champaign-Urbana, family oriented community in Central Illinois.  Low cost of living, raise your family in a low crime rate, and safe area.  Amtrak Train System provides easy Access to Chicago and New Orleans.  No Call.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available up to $40,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $20,000.  CME up to 1 week and $6,000 available.
