Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water / Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Lincoln!

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for department overall performance leadership and staff management
• Assist with short / long-term strategic planning
• Build / maintain client relationships
• Assist with business development
• Mentor / train junior staff
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Project management duties

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
