Warehouse Associate Opportunity

Are you seeking full-time hours with good pay? Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in the automotive industry located in St. Cloud, MN. This company is seeking candidates for long-term Warehouse Associate roles on the 1st shift (Shifts are as follows : Monday Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm OR Monday Friday 9 : 00am 6 : 00pm (or when the work is done). What a Warehouse Associate will do :

Stock and scan all products according to specified procedures
Correct any stocking mistakes found
Responsible for scanning stock and special-order parts from one tote to another, making sure the totes are not over 50 pounds
Ensure accurate pallet and tote labels are made for every pallet, and non-convey items are sorted and scanned to the correct pallet
Assist in loading trucks, making sure everything that is ordered is on the correct truck
Complete all orders in designated zones
Pull all expedited orders in a timely manner and ensure products picked are in appropriate condition to ship
Clean up after each product line is complete
Position all overstock in the correct location, clearly marked as specified
Straighten shelves, sweep, box returns, complete tote placements, and service other areas of the warehouse

What you need to be a Warehouse Associate :

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Must be 18 years of age

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to occasionally bend, squat, stoop, and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations

Access to reliable transportation

Warehouse or production experience in the last year

Open to hands-on, fast-paced training in multiple areas
