KPMG is currently seeking an Engineering Director to join our Tax Ignition Team. This is a hybrid work opportunity out of our Denver, CO or Montvale, NJ location.

Responsibilities :

• Define roadmaps and technical strategies for multiyear, largescale programs that span cloud services, microservices, frontend frameworks and Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) integrations
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, security / risk officers and product leadership to align priorities, scope and budgets
• Own endtoend program delivery; guide design reviews, enforce best practices (infrastructure as code, containerization, API standards), and validate POCs for new technologies (LLM finetuning, promptbased workflows, and more)
• Hire, mentor and grow a highperforming team of engineers (fullstack, data science, DevOps; create clear career paths, and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Work in a highly regulated environment with security testing and risk teams to bake in securitybydesign threat modeling, automated security scans, pentesting cycles and regulatory compliance
