Caterpillar's Integrated Components Division (ICD) is seeking a Digital Strategy Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will lead multiple consulting engagement modules to analyze, develop, and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence.

The newly formed ICD is a critical part of Caterpillar's strategy to unlock new opportunities, accelerate innovation, and deliver greater value to our customers. ICD is responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of a wide range of components, including :

• Hydraulics
• Ground Engaging Tools (GET)
• Undercarriage
• Precision Seals
• Drivetrain Components
• Cabs and Structures

This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week at the Dallas, TX office. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position. This position may require up to 50% travel.

Summary Pay Range : $156,000.00 - $234,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
