This is a new position within our Pine Bluff, AR facility that will be responsible for updating existing routings and evaluate standard times.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage production standards and routings using the MOST system
• Identify and prioritize process improvement projects - lean manufacturing, engineering economic analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical methods, six sigma and time studies
• Provide production support - scheduling, theory of constraint, budget & forecast, crew empowerment, defect analysis, core proficiency definition, make / buy evaluation, benchmarking analysis
• Collect data to increase standardization and evaluate workflows to improve safety and efficiency
• Identify and eliminate variations
• Manage and lead a team - Industrial Engineer and Administrative Assistant
