The Lead Permitting Analyst in the Mass Markets FP&A team supports Lumen's fiber-to-the-home business by tracking fiber construction permits, analyzing permit trends, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and government teams to align permitting with project milestones. Responsibilities include tracking fiber construction permit volume and capacity across municipalities, collecting data from internal and external sources, and measuring throughput and backlog to improve forecasts and build plans. Candidates should have financial forecasting experience, strong communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and a keen ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. This role will play a critical part in advancing Lumen's fiber build strategy.
This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges $82,969 - $110,625 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $87,117 - $116,156 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $91,266 - $121,688 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
