A company is looking for a Document Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Edit, format, create, revise, and convert documents using multiple applications
Act as a coordinator to distribute job requests and assist with departmental projects
Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
Required Qualifications :
Prior office support services experience (copy, print, scan)
Mailroom experience
Customer service experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and files
Experience with transcription of audio and digital dictation
