Practice Overview
- You'll join a physician-led team with 1 MD, 2 PAs, 1 NP, 3 MAs, 1 LPN, and full ancillary support
- 10 exam rooms in a modern, free-standing clinic designed for efficient, collaborative care
- Patient volume averages 16 per day with in-house lab and built-in documentation time
- Supportive, collegial team environment with light call shared at 1 : 2 weekdays and 1 : 5 weekends
Schedule
Clinic hours : Monday-Thursday 7 : 00am-4 : 30pm; Friday 7 : 00am-10 : 45amBuilt-in catch-up time : 11 : 30am-1 : 30pm daily, plus 4 : 00-5 : 00pmNo inpatient work; outpatient only with rare after-hours needsExtremely light call burden, typically under 15 total calls in a full weekCompensation & Benefits
Base salary of $250,000 with potential increase to $275,000 depending on experienceValue-based bonus model adds $20K-$30K after 12-18 months$25K sign-on bonus, up to $10K relocation, 4 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidaysCME stipend, malpractice with tail, fully covered premiums, and 401(k) with 2% matchCandidate Requirements
