A company is looking for a Visual Communications Designer.

Key Responsibilities :

Elevate existing organizational development deliverables into polished, visually engaging assets

Apply design principles to enhance clarity and audience engagement for adult learning materials

Collaborate with internal teams to understand objectives and develop icons, diagrams, and templates

Required Skills & Education :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience creating visuals for corporate communications or learning and development

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling and presentation design

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
