Senior Engineering Technician Opportunity!
Location: High Point, NC

Do you thrive on turning land development concepts into reality? Are you an expert in AutoCAD Civil3D and excited to work on diverse and impactful projects? FEI is looking for a skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team and make a difference in the land development industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AutoCAD Civil3D to create site plans, parking layouts, subdivisions, streets, and utility designs, including water mains, sewer mains, and stormwater systems.
• Develop grading plans, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans, and final plats.
• Collaborate with Engineers to produce high-quality deliverables that meet project timelines and budgets.
• Process plans with governmental agencies for reviews and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining top-tier quality.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma required (Associates degree in civil engineering preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant land development experience.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CAD certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Ajera expense and timesheets or equivalent software is a plus.
