Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are seeking for an individual who has a desire to help others in planning against the unexpected. Our goal here at Fernando Arguello's State Farm agency is to assist our customers by providing valuable information in order for them to make sound decisions. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
