Join a supportive inpatient team providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a well-structured hospital setting. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment, moderate patient volumes, and excellent subspecialty support.

Position Highlights

Full-time hospitalist position

7-on / 7-off schedule (7 AM " 7 PM)

Average census : 12"15 patients per physician

Participate in a team managing 40"50 patients daily

Open ICU with 24 / 7 intensivist consultation

Manage admissions, daily rounding, and urgent responses / codes

No on-call responsibilities

Non-trauma facility with robust infrastructure

EMR : Paragon

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible

Open to new graduates

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (no visa sponsorship)

Not accepting locum or 1099 arrangements

Compensation and Incentives

Guaranteed salary : $250,000 " $275,000

$15,000 starting bonus

Productivity and quality-based bonuses
