Superintendent - Restoration Construction - Charlotte

Job Description

As a Superintendent, you'll play a key role in project delivery and team success by :

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations on restoration and reconstruction projects (fire, water, storm, and structural damage).

\n

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

\n

Manage project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics to minimize downtime and disruption.

\n

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.

\n

Communicate daily with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to provide progress updates and resolve issues.

\n

Assist with scope verification, change orders, and documentation of site activities.

\n

Ensure jobsite cleanliness, organization, and readiness for inspections.

• Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily and / or commercial construction or restoration projects.
