$16.00 / hr - $16.75 / hr

Job Summary

Our Temporary Production Associates are Customer Obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. Production Associates support manufacturing processes by completing the following tasks : reviewing the Manufacturing Order for specific product requirements; inspecting parts and materials prior to and during use to ensure quality of parts and final products; implementing the best practices in manufacturing processes while producing and packaging the product and preparing orders for shipping; reporting orders accurately; maintaining organization in the area; attention to detail; time management and effective communication.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Strong desire to help and take ownership on seeing things through
Curious, with a desire to always learn more, including strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision
Effectively communicates, both written and verbally
Troubleshoot basic and routine manufacturing issues
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor / management

Minimum Qualifications

Reading, writing and math skills equivalent to that identified by a High School Diploma or GED

Understand basic manufacturing process

Able to work with multiple priorities and people

Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner

Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills

Ability to reach, bend, twist, grasp and stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 40 – 45 pounds frequently and to assist in team lifts at a higher weight

Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime (including weekend shifts) as required when business volumes increase
