Schedule (days / hours)

Monday 8-5 Tuesday 7-5 Wednesday 7-5 -Thursday 9-6 (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities

• Take pride in supporting the Waconia community by improving smiles and building connections with neighbors and families who trust Midwest Dental for their care.
• Foster meaningful connections with patients, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
• Partner with a supportive team that values your expertise and ideas, creating a workplace where you can thrive.
• Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screen patients' periodontal health, education patients on proper oral hygiene. techniques, perform cancer screenings, and screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts.
• Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands.

Compensation

$48 -$55 per hour; $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus
