Position : Oracle Field Service SME

Role Description :

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service processes in alignment with EPC project delivery models.
• Act as the SME for Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) or similar platforms , managing scheduling, dispatching, job execution, technician mobility, and resource utilization.
• Support integration between field service operations and core project systems such as Oracle Projects, SCM, Inventory, and Asset Management .
• Define and streamline workflows for equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, site inspections, and field progress reporting.
• Ensure real-time visibility of field activities to project teams, enabling better forecasting, resource planning, and cost control.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure cohesive end-to-end service processes.
• Lead training, documentation, testing, and change management during implementations and upgrades.
