Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning and permitting through procurement and implementation
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Agencies, Stakeholder, and Clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8yrs of experience in the Construction industry; three (3) of the seven (8) should have responsibility in coordinating public works projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
