Must be able to work with little to no supervision and be accountable at all times.

Starting pay for no machinery operation experience will range from $15-16 / hr. with the first 90-days as a trial period. Excellent attitude, attendance, and performance lead to continuous pay increases during regular performance reviews. Long term Operators can make up to $18 to $25 hour.

Primary Duties

• Operate Guillotine Cutting Machinery, Folder Machinery, Saddle Stitch Binding Machinery, or Perfect Binding Machinery
• Maintain the equipment and keep the machine running
• Continuously monitor quality and conditions while assessing the machine functionality
• Staging pallets and completed pallets
• Visually inspect finished product quality and certify quality to customer specifications
• Maintain efficiency and minimize waste
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and work with maintenance crews
• Use a hydraulic pallet jack to move around paper and printed product
