Our first US location is set to open in Spring 2024 in the vibrant Boston Seaport District with 25 additional sites opening in the United States over the next 5 years.

Position Overview :

As a Bartender at F1 Arcade, you will play an important role in ensuring the success of our operation by providing exemplary beverage service to our guests.

You will be responsible for making a diverse range of craft cocktails and mocktails and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a passion for mixology, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails and mocktails, following our recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with all other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold the F1 Arcade brand image by delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding all operational standards.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Must be able to pass all issued training testing with a 90% or higher.
• Able to stand and / or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.
