Job Summary The Director of Global Marketing will lead international marketing strategies focusing on Mexico and Canada, developing campaigns, fan engagement, and monetization efforts to grow our international fan base. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners, along with tracking KPIs for data-driven decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing strategies to expand brand presence and fan engagement in Mexico and Canada.
Partner with agencies and stakeholders to create tailored content, campaigns, and events for these markets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency across international initiatives.
Manage content creation aligned with local preferences and brand standards.
Oversee international events, logistics, and marketing materials.
Analyze KPIs and campaign data to optimize strategies.
Serve as the main contact for the NFL's Global Market Program in these regions.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Manage international marketing budgets and resources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in international business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in international marketing, preferably in sports / entertainment.
Experience in global campaigns, digital marketing, and event management.
Knowledge of Mexico and Canada markets, cultural adaptability.
Strong digital and social media skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Passion for sports and strategic thinking.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Must pass background checks and pre-employment requirements.
