Our ideal candidate will :
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
- Understand how to build a relationship with a person
- Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities
- Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult time
- Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone, via Zoom, in person, and in writing
- Think on their toes and not be discouraged when things don’t go as planned
- Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like the immigration and criminal justice systems)
- Treat a call or meeting at 4 : 30 p.m. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning
- Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
- Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity
- Be tech-savvy (we use Microsoft products and specialized cloud-based software)
Compensation :
$55,000 - $60,000 + bonus opportunities
Responsibilities :
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leadsAssess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaroundMaintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leadsTrack performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achievedSeek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clienteleWe are here to guide clients through the legal system, achieve positive results, and help them build a better tomorrow. It is incredibly important to us that clients come out of an extremely emotional process where their future may quite literally be on the line, feeling that they had a legal team behind them who really cared, fought for them, and gave them a voice.
This position will
Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal servicesOversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal teamFollow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained usMaintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sourcesQualifications :
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales processProven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related fieldCurrent U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by carSuperb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skillsHigh school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferredBilingual in SpanishGreat time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstand the sales process and how to enter information into client databasesThe salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required because we can teach you how a case moves through the system and give you the training you needAbout Company
