Responsibilities

• Survey, develop, present proposals and close opportunities for retrofit and new HVAC projects.
• Develop project delivery strategy to be coordinated with project manager.
• Interact with customers in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner. Maintain strong consultive relationship with key customers.
• Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
• Coordinate project details with project manager. Ensure quality and proper application of projects. Conduct project status meetings.
• Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.
