The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Product Development, Design & Merchandising team. This role will manage complex, multi-category projects across tabletop, bedding, jewelry, and marketing creative, ensuring flawless execution and accountability across a geographically distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Own end-to-end project management for product development across tabletop, bedding, and
jewelry categories
Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking deliverables from concept throughproduction
Establish and monitor quality checkpoints to catch errors before they become costly mistakesDevelop and implement systems and processes to improve team efficiency and accountabilityManage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and tight deadlinesCross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the central communication hub for a geographically distributed team (US, Europe, India)Bridge time zones and ensure seamless information flow between design, production, sales andmarketing teams
Coordinate with external vendors, manufacturers, and partnersLead regular status meetings and provide clear, actionable project updates to leadershipProblem Solving & Risk Management
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or quality issuesImplement solutions quickly to keep projects on trackCreate contingency plans for critical path itemsTrack and analyze project metrics to identify patterns and improvement opportunitiesCreative Operations Support
Support marketing creative operations following recent departmental integrationManage asset organization, approvals, and delivery timelines for marketing initiativesEnsure brand consistency across all product and marketing touchpointsRequired Qualifications
1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in product development, design, orconsumer goods
Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projectssimultaneously
