Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement : Convert warm leads into loyal clients. Make proactive outbound calls and conduct needs-based consultations to recommend the best insurance solutions.
- Referral Development : Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referral partners. Use their trust to generate consistent, high-quality business.
- Sales Strategy : Confidently ask for the sale, overcome objections with integrity, and close business while delivering tailored recommendations in life, auto, and property insurance.
- Client Management : Guide clients through the full application and underwriting process.
- Relationship Building : Deliver exceptional service that turns first-time buyers into long-term clients through consistent follow-ups and a solutions-first approach.
- Industry Expertise : Stay sharp by keeping up with product updates, industry trends, and compliance standards so you can provide accurate, valuable guidance.
Requirements
Experience : Proven success in insurance or a high-volume sales environment. Experience working warm leads and handling phone-based consultative sales.Licensing : Active Texas insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly.Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Ability to translate client needs into smart product solutions.
