Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Ultrasound Tech - Vascular

\n\n

Job Details : \n

  • Work 40-hour shifts with call responsibilities when appropriate

    • \n

  • Float to other units / departments as needed

    • \n

  • Must be competent to proficient in multiple ultrasound areas including abdomen, GYN, OB, neonatal, superficial structures, and vascular procedures

    • \n

  • Perform abdomen scans including aorta, IVC, liver / biliary, pancreas, spleen, and renal studies

    • \n

  • Conduct GYN procedures including breast, ovaries, adnexa, uterus, and pelvis examinations

    • \n

  • Handle OB cases across all trimesters including amniocentesis, biophysical profiles, and abnormalities

    • \n

  • Perform procedures including aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative support

    • \n

  • Conduct neonatal scans for congenital anomalies and neonatal head examinations

    • \n

  • Handle superficial structure imaging including abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, and thyroid

    • \n

  • Perform vascular studies including carotid duplex and extremity venous / arterial duplex

    • \n

  • Utilize Canon i700 equipment, Meditech EMR, and Fuji Synapse PACS systems

    • \n

  • Minimum 3 years experience in acute hospital setting required

    • \n

  • Required certifications : ARDMS (AB)(OB)(RVT) and active AHA BLS certification

    • \n

  • Dress code requires personal scrubs and healthcare professional attire
