Preferred Time Zones Although this is a fully remote position, it requires frequent interaction with media contacts across the Western U.S. We are seeking candidates based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones .

About The Job

We're looking for an Account Executive, PR who has a strong media relations background that can support an entire team on behalf of our clients. This Public Relations Account Executive will work with a collaborative team to assist our clients in PR and media relations with the intent to reach travelers to learn and experience destinations all over the United States.

On a nitty-gritty level, we are looking for someone who…

  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment while making data-driven decisions
  • Has good time management skills and is good at meeting deadlines
  • Is with excellent writing skills to help with the construction and completion of client media newsletters and media kits
  • Will assist with the planning and execution of media missions
  • Can own and organize a primary media list
  • Assists with monthly client reporting
  • Helps with building itineraries and group press trips
  • Is willing / able to travel on behalf of our clients

    About The Interview Process

    We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like :

  • Round 3 : A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
