What You'll Do

Coordinate and implement nursing care for post-surgical patients.
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
Document patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
Provide patient education and support for discharge planning.
Maintain a healing environment for patients and families.
Accept charge responsibilities and mentor junior staff.

What You'll Bring

Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.

Current Tennessee nursing license.

BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Experience in adult medical-surgical patient care preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
