Pay Rate : Earn a starting

base pay of $15.00 per hour

, with the ability to

increase your earnings to $25.00+ per hour

through our performance-based incentive programs. Your pay grows with you based on efficiency, productivity, and a strong safety record; top performers regularly achieve higher compensation.

Schedule Options : Monday-Friday (7 AM - 3 : 30 PM) (9 AM - 5 : 30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Review held ware tickets, item limits, and choice levels before starting the resort.
• Inspect bottles and decide to save or cull based on customer expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain a steady pace of 550 bottles per hour according to the resort's priority list.
• Complete resort tracking reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in 2nd audits with Resort or Quality Leaders; rework pallets as needed.
• Manage packaging and scrap for inspected pallets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties as assigned.
