What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Lead the facilitation of customized training and education programs for medical and academic professionalsCollaborate with commercial stakeholders to develop education strategies and curriculaParticipate in conventions and educational programming meetings to promote product awarenessConduct physician-led education and consulting to maintain customer relationsManage and support clinical advisors regarding protocols and device investigationsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceRobust understanding of current robotic surgery in the U.S. marketProven ability to establish working relationships across various organizational levelsExperience providing medical and scientific training to both internal stakeholders and medical professionalsAbility to assemble and lead teams effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and significant experience with general surgical and robotic trainingProven understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical arenaExperience developing targeted Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networksMedical / scientific background such as MD, Pharm.D., or PhD, or an Allied Health DegreeSuccessfully demonstrated team building and leadership skillsWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
