HOW A HELP DESK TECHNICIAN II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and / or systems hardware and software

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

  • Education : High School Diploma / GED
  • Required Experience : 0+ years of related experience
  • Required Certs : Security+ CE, PWS 9.1 (A+, HDI-CSR, HDI-SCD, HDI-SCA, ITIL, Microsoft 365)
