Location : Camden, NJ 08103

Worksite Type : Onsite – 4 days / week (9 / 80 Schedule)

Security Clearance : Active Secret Clearance required

Salary Range : $40.00 – $70.00 per hour

Employment Type : Initial 6-month contract with Insight Global, with conversion to permanent placement with the prime contractor

Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking highly skilled Embedded Software Engineers to support a large federal client. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in embedded systems and Modern C++, along with a solid understanding of how AI and Intelligent Automation integrate into embedded platforms. Familiarity with cryptography is essential. This role offers a pathway to permanent placement and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge federal technology initiatives.

Must Haves :

• 8–12 years of experience as an embedded software engineer
• Strong proficiency in Modern C++
• Proven background in real-time embedded systems (RTOS e.g., Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks)
• Working knowledge of Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence, especially in embedded system integrations
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and implementations
