Warehouse Forklift Operator

Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a well-known and reputable water bottling and distribution company in Pasadena, TX. As a Forklift Operator, you will play an essential role in warehouse operations — transporting materials, supporting production lines, and loading/unloading trucks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

+ 20% shift differential for overnight shifts

+ Monthly production bonuses available

Monday to Friday | Must be able to work rotating shifts

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Must have experience operating single double, and quad forklifts.

• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production lines.

• Load and unload trucks and containers while ensuring no damage to materials.

• Deliver materials accurately and on time to support production.

• Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues.

• Follow safety protocols and wear all required PPE at all times.

• 4-5 years of sit-down forklift experience

• Must have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background check.
