Job descriptionWork closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents Communicate with Provider routinely regarding resident needs Ensure the timely documentation of MAR / TAR, assessments / evaluations, and progress notes done by unit LNs Process all new admission orders as needed and assist with admission process Assist as needed for ongoing care of residents Provide direction to unit LNs and CNAs Complete resident treatments as needed Maintain clean and orderly med room on unit Additional Duties Assist in orientation of new staff On-call Rotation; Work a unit cart as needed Ensure assigned areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner Monitor unit supply inventory Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting preferred, though not required. BLS Certified Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.

FT w / on-call rotation
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Nursing Management Responsibilities :
Assess and implement care plans for all residents
Participate in training programs
Must possess a current RN license. License must be in good standings.
