Location: Home Office-Based in Topeka, KS; Manhattan, KS, Lincoln, NE, (with travel throughout north-west Kansas and south-east Nebraska)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Administrative / Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and provide cross-functional assistance in several operational areas. This role requires strong self-initiative, time-management, and problem-solving skills, and will play a key part in keeping our growing business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support, including scheduling, communications, and travel coordination
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, i.e. expense report reconciliation
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, file management, and employee support
• Coordinate internal and external marketing initiatives
• Source vendors, collect and compare bids, and maintain vendor relationships
• Conduct and follow up on employee/management training, including scheduling, materials and testing
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and prepare internal reports
• Serve as liaison to internal teams and external partners
• Travel to restaurant locations across Kansas and Nebraska as needed

Requirements:

• Prefer experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Exceptional organizational and self-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Excel skills, including expertise in pivot tables and data organization
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record required
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically to restaurant locations
