We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director of Global Analytics to join our Global Fraud Solutions (GFS) team at TransUnion. This high-impact leadership role will shape the future of our global fraud analytics strategy, driving innovation across AI / ML models and ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in analytics, product management, and fraud prevention technologies, along with strong relationship management and a customer-centric mindset. You'll collaborate across data science, engineering, sales, and global markets to deliver impactful fraud solutions.

What You'll Bring :

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in fraud analytics, risk management, or identity solutions within financial services, fintech, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of AI / ML model development, deployment, and governance.
• Demonstrated success in managing global product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with diverse teams and markets.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, FCRA) and data privacy standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics); Master's or PhD preferred.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually.
