About the role :

The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) stakeholders. In this role, you will ensure clear, consistent communication, alignment with DOT’s digital modernization objectives, and delivery of secure, high-quality web and application solutions that comply with federal standards. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, guiding day-to-day work through Agile methodologies and ceremonies. The Project Manager coordinates the full lifecycle of web modernization activities, including discovery, content and design updates, iterative development, user testing, accessibility compliance, and deployment. You will ensure deliverables meet Section 508 and DOT technical requirements, track progress using tools like Jira or GitLab, and support effective collaboration with federal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user, business, and mission needs.

This is a full-time position contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of one year with four one-year option periods. Compensation :

The salary range for this role is $115,000 – $125,000. In the spirit of transparency, most offers tend to land near the midpoint of the range. We make compensation decisions thoughtfully, considering your experience, the skills you bring, and our commitment to internal equity. Fairness and transparency are core to how we operate.
