Job description

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in The Dalles, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.\nResponsibilities : \n

  • \tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders / referrals\n
  • \tDevelop and update individualized treatment / discharge plans\n
  • \tDocument services accurately and timely\n
  • \tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies\n
  • \tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families\n
  • \tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards\nQualifications : \n
  • \tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT / OTD)\n
  • \tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)\n
  • \tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
