Our mission is to treat every resident like family, ensuring a personalized environment that fosters growth and well-being. Our communities provide services to those living in Toledo, Cleveland, Youngstown, St. Clairsville and Zanesville areas.

Summary

We are seeking an individual who has education, experience, and is talented in Social Media to join our team as our Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community through innovative social media strategies that align with our brand and mission of providing truly personalized care to our residents. Currently we utilize both Facebook and LinkedIn as social media platforms but are open to discussing an expansion onto other platforms.

This is a full-time position that will need an individual open to flexible work hours as you will be responsible for overseeing our social media presence, posting content, running content ads, working with communities to develop social media content and strategies. Some travel to our communities may be required with this position.

Salary will be discussed during the interview process as well as specifics regarding mileage and current social media usage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content tailored for various platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content creation techniques.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
