Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring an Injection Moldmaker / Toolmaker for a custom moldmaking facility in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay Rate : $33–$40 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | Full-Time

Duties : The Moldmaker / Toolmaker will build and repair precision injection molds. This role includes disassembly, troubleshooting, grinding, inspection, and reassembly of molds used in custom projects (not production).

Responsibilities :

• Disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair injection molds.
• Assemble molds and ensure functionality.
• Perform grinding, fitting, and adjustments to tolerances of .0002”.
• Inspect mold components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Support turnkey mold projects in collaboration with engineers and machinists.
