Job descriptionPatient Scheduling : Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and provider availability across multiple disciplines. Front Office Duties : Greet patients, manage check-ins / check-outs, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records. Back Office Duties : Take vitals, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, and support clinical documentation. Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, pharmacists, and nurses to ensure seamless care delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Active Medical Assisting Certificate or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient or hospital settings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR systems and patient scheduling platforms.

Their mission is to deliver compassionate, coordinated care that supports individuals on their journey to emotional and psychological wellness. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support their outpatient clinics in Union City. This role is essential to the smooth operation of both front and back-office functions, ensuring patients receive timely, organized, and respectful care.
Day to Day :
Schedule : 8 : 30AM-5PM M-F
Pay : $23-25 / HR
